My name is Yrene Despradel, and I am the director of Little Bee Labs in Lexington. I was raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and later immigrated to the United States, where I built both my family and my career in early childhood education. I am the proud mother of two daughters who are currently in college, and they continue to inspire my commitment to education, growth, and lifelong learning. I bring over 15 years of experience working in schools and daycare settings, having worked my way up through dedication, hands-on experience, and a deep passion for supporting children and families. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating nurturing, safe, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and feel valued. I have earned professional certificates from MassBay Community College, Middlesex Community College, North Essex Community College, and Bristol Community College. Most recently, I achieved my Director’s License through MassBay, a milestone that reflects my commitment to leadership and excellence in early childhood education. As a daycare director, I strive to lead with warmth, professionalism, and respect. I believe in partnering closely with families and staff to build a strong, supportive community where every child has the opportunity to thrive. I am strongly committed to welcome every child and parent that joins us at the Lexington location!
